Onions make everything taste good. Dehydrated onions spells convenience and gives delicious flavour when you need diced fresh onions without fresh onions on hand. These dehydrated white onions have been finely sliced and dried and have a sweet onion flavour without the sharpness that is characteristic of fresh onions. Excellent in French Onion Soup or in a meaty sauce for beef. Superb topping for baked goods such as bagels or onion buns. They add great flavour to dips for vegetables, in creamy dressings or in baked dishes and casseroles.
