This 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate has fruity notes and a complexity that will change the way you eat chocolate, then we added almonds and sea salt!
We buy our cacao direct from farmers, then we ferment it for a week, then dry it for another week. After it is dry we clean the beans, hot air roast them like coffee then de-shell them. This is our ART!
