Welcome! I'm David, and I'm honored to be the new owner of Eden West Gourmet.
My journey to this moment has been shaped by a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, where I discovered my deep passion for creating memorable experiences through food and genuine connection. There's something magical about the way food brings people together, sparks conversation, and creates lasting memories—and that's what drives everything I do.
Most recently, I spent two years as a project manager, working on diverse initiatives that strengthened our communities. From bringing life-saving AED units to neighborhood's across the region to building meaningful relationships within the food and health industries, I've learned the power of collaboration and the importance of supporting the people and places we call home.
When the opportunity arose to take over Eden West Gourmet, I knew it was the perfect fit. This business represents everything I'm passionate about: exceptional food, community connection, and creating spaces where people can learn, celebrate, and discover new flavours together.
