The BC Locavore collection
Following the previous holiday season success, we have brought back a collection of gift baskets filled entirely with Canadian products all made in British Columbia, most from the Vancouver area!
Ordering a Locavore basket not only support local businesses, but also increase your chances of products availability when placing a large basket order; made locally means less delays on ordering and getting the products, plus less carbon footprint in getting them to us! Ordering for the holiday season
Take advantage of ordering your baskets early!
Place your basket order by November 30th to take advantage of:
- Guaranteed availability for December: ordering now allows us time to source all the products on time for your order
- Guaranteed local delivery or shipping for your preferred date: get ahead of the game and we will source couriers for your order to be delivered on time
- Incentive for large orders: order multiple baskets and pay a deposit before Nov 30th and you may be eligible for a discount (based on total amount spent)! Ask for more info here.
Basket ordering FAQ:
What is the process for ordering a gift basket?
You can order 1 basket directly from our online collection, if it is available and you can pick up from our store.
If you need; a customized basket, to order several, or require delivery, the best is to give us a call directly at 604-939-6200 as we can ask you all the necessary details at once!
If you just want to inquire about a possible order, you can also send us an e-mail.
What information do you need for a basket order?
We need to know your budget, a general idea of what you would like included, if you want a bottle of wine or other drink to be added, a date of pick up and will require credit card information to process the order.
Can I pick my own product for a basket?
Yes you can! Pick them in store or online (send us a screenshot of your cart without proceeding to check out) and we will pick the basket that suits best your selection! Please allow one day for us to prepare it.
Can you arrange delivery?
Yes we can! We use a local delivery company for our deliveries in the lower mainland. We can give you an instant quote if you give us an address (please provide an exact address, not just a city). If you want to book the delivery, we will need: the recipient’s name, telephone number, address with details (apartment number, buzzer code etc…), the date and time of requested delivery (delivery window is 3 hours). Please make sure someone will be available to receive the basket.
Can you ship a gift basket?
It is possible. Keep in mind that we can not guarantee that it will arrive exactly how we sent it! We can ship them by wrapping them in a box. There will be packing and shipping fees added to your order, based on size, weight and urgency.

Can I include products from outside your store in a basket?
We can include a drink from outside. We can supply that drink with a surcharge applied, or you can drop it off at the store for us to include. We also allow one promotional items from your company per basket at no extra charge. Please drop off any items to include at least 24 hours prior to requested date of pick up.
If you want to include items that are not a drink or a branded item, we will charge an extra fee (depending on how many products).
Do you offer discount for multiple orders?
We do have a VIP program for repeat customers, see details here. This program applies to regular order of single baskets (perfect program for realtors!).
If you wish to order multiple baskets, we will offer a discount based on the amount spent, send us an email with your inquiry. Please note, for holiday orders of multiple baskets, we will offer an incentive if the order is placed, and deposit paid by November 30th for a delivery in December. No discounts will be offered for orders placed after November 30th.
