Fume-eh Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

250 gr cream cheese
-
50 sour cream 18%

50 gr mayonnaise
-
150 gr provolone cheese, shredded
-
150 gr Fume-eh Artichoke Hearts, chopped
-
150 gr Fume-eh Artichoke Tapenade
-
50 gr parmesan, shredded
-
Chopped fresh parsley
-
Gone Crackers to serve
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 400F. Prepare a baking dish, about 9' inches, with cooking spray or butter.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and mix with the paddle attachment until well blended.
Then add the provolone cheese, chopped artichoke hearts and artichoke tapenade and mix slowly until all blended.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Top with the shredded parmesan and more provolone if you wish. Cook for 15 to 20 min until bubbly and the cheese is golden in color.
Let cool for 5 min and serve with bread or crackers, such has those Gone Crackers!
