If you were not ready for the fall season, here is something to help out!
Make your own pumpkin spice creamer and delicious PSL without going to the coffee shop! Save money, and avoid refined sugar, fillers, artificial ingredients and much more!

In a small pot, add the half and half or coconut cream, maple syrup, pumpkin puree and salt. Whisk. Heat on medium until steamy. Turn off the heat. Add the pumpkin spice mix and cinnamon. Whisk. Cover with a lid and let steep for 2 min or more.
You can strain the creamer for a smooth consistency (optional). Store in a jar, refrigerated, for 5 days.
Add 2 tbsp or more of creamer to your coffee, top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spice mix if you wish!
* to make whipped cream: whip 1 cup cold whipping cream with 1 tbsp icing sugar and 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice mix until soft peak. Keeps refrigerated for 3 days.
