Ok, we got you in the mood for fall with our pumpkin spice coffee creamer recipe.
Here is another exciting use for that creamer! In a delicious creamy cocktail! It’s fall twist on the classic White Russian cocktail.
Is is a dessert? A drink? An adult only PSL? I think this is all of that!!! perfect to serve on a chilly fall Sunday morning brunch, coffee time with friends or as a light boozy dessert after a nice fall menu!

A fall twist on the classic white Russian!
- 3 oz vodka
- 3 oz pumpkin spice creamer click for recipe
- 1.5 oz Kalhua or coffee liquor
- 1 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- lemon or orange juice
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Prepare the rim: smash 3 cinnamon Gone Kooky to a powder and add 1 Tbsp of sugar. Pour in a bowl. In another bowl, pour a little lemon juice. Dip your glasses in the juice first and then the cookie crumbles. Set aside
- In a shaker, add the vodka, creamer and kalhua with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour in 2 glasses. Add a big dollop of whipped cream, a dash of pumpkin spice mix and a cinnamon stick for decor.
