Sardines Rillettes

Are you eating sardines? 

If not, I created this recipe to help you introduce this wonder food in your diet! Not only sardines are delicious, but very healthy. Great source of healthy fat, omega 3, protein and calcium, they make a great lunch in not time and (almost) no prep!

I usually just crush them on a piece of bread with butter and a few capers. 

But if the look of the fish is a tun off, this recipe will certainly help you get over it!

This is a great dish for entertaining, or for a quick protein rich snack on crackers! make it once and keep in in the fridge for up to 4 days.
