The flavour of the middle east in a rub. Traditionally it's sprinkled on flatbread, or pita chips brushed with oil before baking. Make a marinade for lamb or chicken by mixing it with pomegranate molasses and olive oil. Use it as a garnish along with flavoured oil on squash or sweet potato soup.
